In 2011, Adrian partnered with CEO Lindsay Klein, and that’s when things really took off. The expansion to bigger events, major venue partnerships, and new branded ventures turned The Food Dudes from a boutique caterer into a household name, as Lindsay’s intelligent event production leadership aided the advancement of Adrian’s culinary culture. With passion and precision, The Food Dudes’ ownership duo built a hospitality empire encompassing all facets of the North American foodscape.

In recent years, Chef Derek Wasser established himself as a key figure in the organization, assuming the rank of COO to oversee the company’s executive and operational teams. The executive trio of Adrian, Lindsay, and Derek remains hands-on with each and every project, educating and inspiring the whole company to show how impactful food service can be.
